I learned to write by listening.
To rappers. Folk musicians. The radio. Preachers. Bosses. Clients. My parents. Nowadays, podcasts.
These days I work in communications thinking about people, and how they’d like to be spoken to. Thinking about brands, and how they show up in people’s lives. Thinking about how new technology is reshaping what we do, and where it isn’t.
And thinking about what we can do to make the world we live in a softer place.
